To edit the filename and the ID3Tag information in one or multiple songs, just select a range of songs and press edit (the button with the pencil). The Edit file dialog will pop up once for each file, allowing you to edit all the tag information for each file in a continuous session.
The original filename shows what the file is named on it's original media. If the file resides on a CD the original filename can of course not be changed, but when moving the song to a harddrive the new filename will be applied.
This is the edit tag for the free version of MusicVault. The registered
version also have support for ID3v2 which gives more fields and an unlimited
text length in each field.
