Fixed bugs

- A progress-indicator is now shown when scanning a vault or harddrive.
- A progress-indicator is now shown when copying files from CD to harddrive.
- If you select a directory on the harddrive with lots of songs, a progress-indicator
is now shown so the user understands that it is possible to abort.
Fixed bugs
- Another bug when the status bar was updated 1000 times is now fixed.

- Possibility to abort when choosing a directory on the harddrive with too
many songs
- When the program starts, only maximum 400 songs is read from the start directory,
to speed up the start.
- The scrollbars in the list now gets XP-look if the program is run on XP
- The headers in the list now gets XP-look if the program is run on XP
- When something with the list takes a long time, an hourglass is now shown.

- Moved the buttons in the "Select-directory"-dialog for better
appearance on XP
- When creating a new Vault, the CD-list for the old one was never deleted

- When selecting/deselecting many songs in the list, the status bar was updated
for every song which could take a lot of time. Fixed.
- Better appearance of the listbox in the vault view (on XP).

- When selecting a harddrive/directory to create a harddrive vault from, the
caption of the dialog was wrong. Fixed.
- When selecting vertically by clicking on a header, the vault didn't realize
it was in vertical selection mode. Fixed.
- When tag data was edited, the vault didn't realize something was changed
and didnt ask for save when closing. Fixed.
- When pasting directly into the list with Ctrl+V, or removing tag data with
DEL, the vault didn't realize it was changed and didn't ask for save when
closing. Fixed.
- Fixed a drag-n-drop bug that made XP krash sometimes. Now this operation
leaks memory instead, but it is better than a crash...
- If you dragged a file from the vault and dropped it where it was impossible
to drop a file, the vault removed the file anyway. Fixed.
- When changing something with the smart-rename-tool, the vault didn't realize
something was changed and didnt ask for save when closing. Fixed.
- The list was not updated after smart rename. Fixed.

New features
- There is now multi-language support via external language files. Two files
are created so far; swedish and english
- It is now possible to resize the vault properties dialog to see the complete
filename
- The caption in the main window now shows the filename if the vault is not
given any other name.
- The Vault is now saved on the users request, with the name the user wants
and on the location he/she selects.
- The "View properties" dialog is changed to a checked-listbox
- The status bar at the bottom of the main window now shows more information
and exists in both harddrive and vault view
- "Edit song data", "Play" and "Queue" is now
added to the right-click menu.
- "Add to cathegory" is added to the song-menu
- The action performed when double-clicking on a song can now be choosen between

like in the explorer
- When pressing "Delete" when a cathegory is selected, the songs
is only removed from the cathegory, not from the vault.
- A progress dialog shows up when MusicVault is starting, showing what happens.
Sometimes it can take some time for MusicVault to start, due to missing network
drives or a huge starting directory. This new feature helps explaining what
takes time.
Fixed bugs
- On the "Vault Statistics" dialog there was both an OK and Cancel
button. Now only OK.
- It is now possible to select a complete harddrive at "Scan drive..."
again.
- The number of files that is shown added at "Scan drive..." in
the Status bar now shows the correct number.
- It is now possible to add a network drive with a space in the filename.
- Small bugfixes with the network drives.
Version 0.93 BETA
New features
- The look is improved with a more "flat" look
- The header in the filelist now have small icons indicating what the songs
are sorted by and in which order
- There is now an "Apply" button in the rename-dialog which makes
it possible to easy perform several rename-actions at once.
- The program now remembers where it last found the WinAmp player, so starting
WinAmp is much faster
- If you click the URL in the About-dialog you are directly transferred to
the homepage
- Vault properties now contains "Created" and "Changed"
- A new column "Created" contains the file date (on new Vaults,
created with v 0.93 and newer)
- A new column "Modified" contains the time the file was latest
changed (when it was added to the Vault)
- A new column "Year" have been added
- Copy / Paste in the filelist is now using the "real" Windows Clipboard.
- The "About" dialog is again redesigned with new graphic (Thanx
Urban!)
- A new button "Add network drive" have been added in harddrive-view
to map network drives to MusicVault
- Another button "Remove network drive" have also been added. Guess
what it does?
- The treeview in harddrive veiw now displays the added network drives
- It is now possible to adjust the with of the sections in the Statistics-dialog
- The speed of the MP3-button is now increased. The folders that contains
MP3-files is saved in a shortcut list and doesn't need to be scanned each
time.
- A new button "Update MP3 folders" is added to the left of the
MP3 button. This button re-creates the shortcut list for the MP3 button. This
function re-scans your drives and may take some time.
- The help-menu is now linked to online help on the homepage instead of a
helpfile.
- When you start MusicVault for the first time, the "Scan drive"
or "Add CD" dialog is shown automatically (depending on which album
you choose to create)
- The program is delivered as a self-installable exe program made with Nullsoft:s
NSIS installation system (Thanx Nullsoft, you are great!)
Fixed bugs
- When you first started the program there was an "Access Violation".
Problem fixed.
- When selecting "Scan drive" and then pressing "Cancel"
the drive was scanned anyway.
- The menu choice "Visit MusicVaults homepage" is now working
- When you have changed vault, the artists/genres/albums/seeks is now updated
- It is not longer possible to edit in the select-directory-dialogs in the
program. (This didn't change the actual names of the directories and was just
a bug)
- If you selected "Edit search" when there was no searches there
was an error message that is now removed.
- "Start directory on harddrive" in the Options-dialog is now working
- A bug caused the program to take unnessecary long time to start.
- When you have added songs to your vault, the artists/genres/albums is now
updated automatically.
Version 0.92 BETA
New features
- It is now possible to create a vault of the files on the harddrive
- A new and better dialog for selecting directories
- The dialog for selecting CD's is improved. Now it shows only cd's and their
titles.
- A new dialog called "Vault properties" with information about
the vault. You can change the name of the vault and eneter information about
the owner and some optional comments.
- Sorting is improved by a factor of 1:100. Sorting is no longer an issue...
- In harddrive-view there is now a warning showing that the changes are made
on the actual files. This warning can be hidden and shown again via "View
properties"
- A new option on the tools menu called "Validate harddrive vault".
The function checks that all the files are still on the same place and reports
changes (alt. updates the vault)
- A new dialog and better function when seeking for songs on the harddrive
- "Remove from harddrive" is now possible even from a harddrive
vault
- It is not longer possible to add the same song twice (both in Add CD and
Scan drive). In a CD vault however, the song is added if it is on a different
CD.
- Scan for duplicates and Scan for new files now have the new directory selector
- Possible to play songs directly from a harddrive vault
Fixed bugs
- Select vault is now working
- It is not longer possible to name a vault "untitled"
- Removed the function "remember songs" since it have no purpose
- Scrolling down when already at the bottom of the list caused irritating
"flickering"
- Sorting on filename was done by the "old" filename, now it is
the new "real" filename.
- When clicking the MP3 button in the harddrive-view, there was an awful long
delay before the hourglass was shown, giving the impression that the program
hanged
- Selecting "Statistics" on a completely empty vault caused a division
by zero.
- The correct button is now selected in the toolbar when switching between
views or selecting vertical by clicking on a header
- The vault wasn't saved when switching between vaults, changes were lost
- The categories is now following the selected vault
- Delete vault is now working
- When selecting "New vault" the categories is now cleared
- Removed some annoying flickering when editing in the filelist

- The delete button is now working also in the tracknumber field

- When changing something in the ID3-tag to the same name but with a different
case, nothing happened
